Session: Improving Accessibility of Open Source Software
In May 2025, GitHub took a pledge to help improve the accessibility of open source. Our first step was to bring together members of the disability, accessibility, and open source communities for the Open Source Accessibility Summit here at All Things Open. During this presentation, you’ll learn about our pledge, the summit, and how you can help include people with disabilities in open source going forward.
