As Managing Partner at MS3IT Business Solutions, I currently lead initiatives to implement artificial intelligence and automation to help companies boost efficiency, qualify leads, and empower data-driven decisions. Previously, as Program Manager at Secureworks, I ran the PCI focused vulnerability management program, overseeing security protocols and compliance. My earlier roles included serving as a System Administrator at SECU, where I gained valuable hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and support.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for leveraging technology to enable business success. My background spans IT support, infrastructure, security, compliance, project management, and now AI and automation. I love being able to understand clients’ pain points and craft innovative solutions to address their needs.
