David Cox

Dr. David Cox is Vice President for AI Models at IBM Research and Director of the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab. Before joining IBM, he was a professor at Harvard with joint appointments in Computer Science, Molecular & Cellular Biology, and the Center for Brain Science. His work spans neuroscience and AI, with over 100 publications, open-source projects such as Hyperopt and Triton, and startups including DeepHealth (acquired by RadNet). He holds degrees from Harvard and MIT.
