Gabriel Toscano

Gabriel is a second-year Master of Public Policy (MPP) student at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy specializing in technology policy. Before Duke, he worked as a developer at Virginia Tech, a research fellow at Station1, and a web manager at Utah Valley University’s Center for the Study of Ethics.
