Jim Scarborough is a neurodiversity consultant and veteran software engineer with about 30 years in open source and enterprise tech. A late-diagnosed autistic/ADHD professional, he draws from lived experience and systems thinking to help teams build more inclusive, resilient ways of working. Jim combines deep technical knowledge with a keen eye for human-centered design, and works to help tech organizations unlock the full potential of their neurodivergent talent.
