Mark specializes in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with industry experience ranging from fintech, to robotics, and government. As an avid homelabber, he is an active contributor to various open source projects including as a Home Assistant integration maintainer. His interests and expertise include complex enterprise data systems, IoT/hardware interfaces, and seeing how many crazy design ideas he can get away with. Mark joined Fidelity in 2023 and is currently a Principal User Experience Designer in their Workplace Investing division.
