Dr. Zeydy Ortiz is the co-founder of DataCrunch Lab, a small business delivering practical, high-impact AI solutions, expert consulting, and hands-on AI literacy training to empower teams to work smarter, increase efficiency, and confidently navigate the future of work.
Zeydy leads AI and data science initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making, delivering measurable results such as 10–15% improvements in document data extraction accuracy, improved mortgage approval predictions, and earlier detection of customer attrition. She has also led research to advance techniques for improving the factual consistency of AI-generated summaries and served as principal investigator for a Navy Small Business Innovation Research project.
