Code of Conduct

We have a strict Code of Conduct at all of our events.

Refunds

Cancellations for conference attendee ticket holders will only be accepted in writing via email ([email protected]). This correspondence must be received by EOD Friday, September 12, 2025 for a full refund. Refunds cannot be guaranteed after this date due to irreversible costs being incurred by the organizers. If the event is cancelled due to an officially declared state of emergency, pandemic or other force majeure incident, refunds will be handled accordingly. 

Transfers of Registration

If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let us know by EOD Friday, September 12, 2025.

Accessibility

It is our goal to make this conference accessible to all attendees. Should you have any special needs, please contact us prior to the conference at [email protected] so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Photography, Video, & Quoted Text

Your registration serves as your permission for us to use you in any event photography or video during the event for future promotional or educational ventures related to the conference. We’ll also want to use any tweets or quotes you make publicly. We’ll fully credit you if we do.

Data Sharing Policy

All Things Open takes attendee data privacy very seriously. All participants will be given an option / choice during registration to share data with sponsors and partners. Any data that is shared with third parties will be limited to name, company, title, contact email address and country/region of origin. In addition, participants can proactively share their contact information with sponsors, partners and other attendees (third parties) onsite. Please note these third parties are subject to their own privacy and communication policies.

Indemnity

By registering you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless ATO, its affiliates and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any COVID-related allegation.

Children at ATO

According to the Event Planner’s Handbook that the Convention Center provides, no one under 16 may attend our event without being supervised by an adult. Children 16 and older can attend ATO but only during event hours. No one under the age of 18 may enter the building before or after event hours or during set-up or breakdown times, regardless of supervision.

Pets at ATO

For sanitary reasons, the Raleigh Convention Center only allows service animals and animals used as part of an approved exhibit or event inside the facility. Otherwise, no animals or pets are permitted in the convention center. Proper sanitary safeguards must be taken with approved animals. Approved animals must be kept on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control.

Event Subject to Change

All Things Open reserves the right to cancel the 2025 conference due to COVID/health related issues, or other issues and circumstances deemed valid by the All Things Open team. If the event is cancelled for any reason the plan is to transition to virtual content and make that content available in a virtual environment on the currently scheduled days – October 12-14.

All Things Open reserves the right to reschedule the event due to extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate by the management of All Things Open.

All Things Open will notify everyone registered and our community of any cancellations, transitions and/or rescheduling as soon as possible.
